Individual or Family Health Insurance Plans

Thank you for your interest in enrolling in an individual or family health insurance plan with us.

If it is after February 1, we are in a Special Enrollment period. Anyone can buy health benefits or insurance plans during Open Enrollment, but during Special Enrollment, you can buy a health plan only if you have experienced certain life changes. You usually have up to 60 days after the change to enroll.

Here are some of the more common life changes:

  • Birth or adoption of child

  • Marriage

  • Move to a different county or zip code

  • Loss of health coverage (due to job loss, divorce, death, or another valid reason)
